I rarely go to Starbucks simply because it’s not really my thing, but I thought I would give them a chance since I was giving a gift card for them. Got a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was decent and not exorbitantly priced. The hot chocolate could have been a lot sweeter, but the bitterness of the chocolate was very good, and it was still the best cup of hot chocolate I have had in Colorado so far — though that is a rather low bar to clear. The barista was very helpful and patient with me being a Starbucks noob who wasn’t sure what to get at first. And the whole thing cost less than I expected to spend. I would definitely give them another chance.

Worst starbucks ever. First of all they always make latee too hot at Starbucks so I order it kid temp. Well even tho it says it on the cup, the stupid slow barista decides to make it so hot it scalded my tongue real bad on the taste test sip. Like hotter than normal. it’s currently 10 min after the fact and it’s still steaming and it’s 66 degrees outside. On top of that, she was so incredibly slow I ordered my drink then went and waited in the check out line with my groceries and came back and still had to wait 10 min for my drink.

This place has fast service even when they are busy. I also found a new amazing drink. You take their vanilla bean frappuccino and add 6 pumps of peppermint. It looks like snow and tastes like christmas.

I come from the gym and I don’t carry my wallet with me when I go to the gym but of course I have my phone I have the apple pay app but unfortunately in 2023 this Starbucks doesn’t have the option to pay with my phone at home, the guy who works here doesn’t no fault but the manager of this Starbucks is very late, unfortunately!!

I just waited in line for several minutes to get my coffee but once I tried paying using my Starbucks app I couldn’t because they can’t scan the QR code the only other form of payment I had was Apple Pay which didn’t work either. Great. No coffee this morning.

The service was beyond awful I was second in line with people pulling behind me and I waited 10 mins before I got my drink watching all the people behind leave with their drinks finished. I’m glad I was watching her make my drink I ordered a mocha cookie frap. With Almond milk because of allergies, she made me a Carmel vanilla frap. And two seconds away from pouring while milk in my drink. When I left I left with something I didn’t order, something I would never order and a potentially terrible stomach because they weren’t paying attention. The girls working had no idea what they were doing.

I’m very upset with my order… First the gentleman that worked there was on his phone until we ordered. I ordered a maple pecan, we left without trying it first because It was to hot to drink right away. I tasted it and not a single drop of flavoring and it was so bitter. Very disappointed
