Wow! I Ordered a Venti PSL and at first they only gave me a cup 2/3 full so I said kindly please remake it I order with oatmilk and extra expresso so it was pricey! All they did was fill it with whipped cream! I know because I ordered extra pumpkin spice topping and it was halfway on the cup! This is unacceptable seriously I will drive further next time

Worst service ever. There were no other customers and when I can up to order the staff acted like I was bothering them. Then, they messed up my order and blamed it on me. It was a simple drink and took them no more than a minute to remake, but both of the staff members continued to give me dirty looks. When the drink was done, the guy slid it over and said nothing to me. Such a shame that this stuff can’t be courteous to the customers

This is a great location. Always quick to get my order out and very friendly. I am not sure his name but there is an employee who has long hair and maybe is white or Latino. He is always very friendly, energetic and welcomes you in a positive way when you walk in.

They always get at least one drink wrong in my order. It doesn’t even matter if I order two drinks or seven drinks, there’s always one drink wrong. How hard can it be? I ordered a quad caramel machiato with almond milk and got a cup of steamed milk.

I usually receive really good service from all of the Starbucks, however this location I can not say the same for. I have encountered unprofessional and rude service from this location. One of the ladies here seems to think it is okay to talk down to the customers. There are some nice people who work here but it is really hit or miss on whether or not you will get them.
