I went to this location and asked for a special request and they told me that they did not have that and I told them that they had already done it to me before, they were a couple of elderly ladies with a poor attitude, terrible service, they ignored me for 5 minutes, they were talking about Your vacations I don’t care about your conversations

So I walk into King Soopers Starbucks and walk to the end of the counter and the 2 ladies working there don’t say anything, but I guess I was on the pick up end. One of them could’ve said “Good Morning, I can get your order over here” I was the only customer there. So I go to the register and ask for a tall Latte. It’s 5.68 (.73 cents more here than down the street) I put the gift card on the counter for the barista, and she says “you need to scan it there…” kind of rudely. She could have just easily scanned it. So I took my card and went to a Starbucks down the street. The girl there greeted my with a “good morning what can I get you?” She took my card and scanned it and I got way better service and a drink for less.

Barista refused to give me my birthday drink. She kept saying I need a gift card, I contacted Starbucks online and they said they do not send out birthday gift cards so that was untrue. Ended up missing out on my birthday drink because I only had time to stop at this Starbucks.
