I arrived around 3:30 the borista was busy so I waited to get in line till there was 1 person left, I watched him finish another order then take the order in front of me, I went to step forward and he slammed a closed sign down in front of me and wake away, no in sorry we’re closing early or short staffed just sign in my face and walked away very rude and unprofessional, I was sent here by my daughter with my birthday gift card now I don’t even wanna use it.

The two young ladies working 7/11 were very friendly. I was informed there would be a wait for my cold brew… but this is worth waiting for! Was asked if there was enough cream in my cold brew and they kindly added more. Short wait, friendly service.

Worst Starbucks Ever. Every single time I’m in here I wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to make my drinks. The baristas are so slooooooooow. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you are in a rush. They will definitely make you late.
