Went to this Starbucks on Tuesday, 2/27/18 at 7:45pm excited cause I just made it! I know they don’t close until 8. Got turned away at the counter. Girl said “sorry, we’re pretty much closed.” NOT IMPRESSED!!! Wanted to ask her if her hours are “pretty much” open until 8 or not??? Wanted to tell her she’s “pretty much” lost a customer for life! Starbucks is over priced anyway! Now I’ve “pretty much” got the incentive I need to never go back. While i get that it’s late and you’re trying to shut down for the night that’s not the customers problem when you advertise that you’re open until 8. I should have stood my ground and made her make an entire pot of coffee just for me! I’m not happy. To future customers…don’t waste your time with the poor service. This kind of thing has happened to me more than once at this location.

This new girl here is really different not very friendly like the last two she’s always on some type of break and I don’t think she knows how to make the coffee cuz I don’t taste the shot in my coffee I don’t know I just want our other two girls back that used to work here on the weekends this one just isn’t on point I’m sure all you guys understand it’s when it comes to your coffee and your getting your day started that’s probably the most important time for us to get things going for me it is anyway but just not very impressed with this girl at this Starbucks coffee shop

I called this morning because my UberEats order was not delivered correctly. I understand that is not the establishments fault whatsoever. But the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude! She sighed and had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone and I simple asked a question, she was dismissive and abrupt and cutting me off. Then simple decided she was done with the conversation and rudely cut me off again to hang up the phone.

Very disappointed that they don’t open their dining now being late February dispute the pandemic. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have become accustomed to this shop. Other coffee shops have their dining room open and so it’s not a requirement that they be closed. They said it’s a corporate thing. Doesn’t seem very customer focused to me which they say is their prime directive.

Accidentally panned the wrong Starbucks. Safeway Starbucks has always been great. Had difficulty at a different one, now resolved. They opened the Starbucks door so you don’t have to walk through the store now.

Everytime I go to this location the service is slow even when ordering something simple. On a couple of occasions I was treated rudely by baristas and customer service lacked. People in line behind me were served first while I was forgotten about…I would suggest driving a bit further down the road to a stand alone Starbucks

I have been coming here for 5 years and most times something goes wrong. They either make my drink wrong (I always order white chocolate in my drink as I do not like the other at all. To me it is gritty feeling so I always ask for white). Of course I end up with regular chocolate about half the time. Then this store always is rude when I tell them it is wrong. They always say no you must of asked for it wrong. Seriously? They will do anything to get out of making it again. They have a high turnover here I think as several times I get someone new who has been left there alone who has to look in the receipe book before making it. That just happened again last week. He had no idea what he was doing he ended up with a line and then he totally forgot mine on top of it. After I saw the 3rd drink go out from him that were all behind me after I paid I asked him about it and then he realized he forgot it. I was very nice to him but they should not have left someone who had no clue on their own till trained properly. That was the stores fault not his. I have also been rudely told that they don’t do specials when I get a notice in my app like when they are doing like a free one usually between 2 and 5 pm for a few days. I know it’s up to the store and they are in a Safeway but they don’t have to be rude about it. They other thing I don’t understand is why the Iris one frequently charges me 1.75 more for the exact same drink. They haven’t done that recently as I had kept contacting Starbucks headquarters over it every time. They said there was no way that should happen.
