Barista was the only person working at this location. She was maybe 15 years old. She messed up our order and when we asked about it at the pickup counter she said she would have to wait on all the others waiting in line before she could fix our order. I’m sure she was stressed since she was the only one there and there was a line of customers waiting. They need to have a manager on location working with their staff so that the barista can have backup and not have to be the cashier and barista all by herself.

I came here for the first time, the barista was sooo nice, he greeted with a big smile and a nice voice! This Starbucks is located inside the Safeway building. I couldn’t see his name tag but he had long hair!

Sadly this Starbucks location can’t be recommended unless you’re ordering a very standard sweet drink off the menu. My fiancé and I essentially wasted $10 here on our normal orders we get with 0 issues at every other starbucks location. Moral of the story? Don’t trust a starbucks inside of another store with no drive thru. They don’t get the morning regulars like the drive thru locations do and so they aren’t readily prepared to make anything more than a vanilla bean frappe.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I have been to. My visit today took over 20 minutes with only one person in line in front of me. The staff was alright, but not as friendly as I expect. Furthermore, the cleanliness was an issue for me. I will not be back.

Stopped for coffee on our way to work this morning and got the worst customer service ever. Barista Ben was the rudest person I have ever incountered at a Starbucks and I will not be going back to this location ever again. If someone is that unhappy with their job they should not be there.

It’s Starbucks, it’s a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.

Overpriced and over roasted coffee…. this is the McDonalds of coffee shops. Although there are lot of people who want to stand in line for crappy cup of coffee. If you like to Sport name brands this coffee shop is for you….. for all the fakers you don’t know what real coffee is, good luck! There are way too many better coffee shops than Starbucks.. and a lot more reasonably priced too.
