The customer service is always AMAZING here. But every time I stop by for a latte it tastes absolutely horrible. I know everyone has bad days and makes mistakes so I kept giving the benefit of the doubt. But after 4 visits and all 4 lattes being awful, I won’t return.

I just stopped by and got a Chestnut praline latte, a pumpkin spice latte, and a cold brew. Both of my lattes were short by at least an inch. I didn’t realize it until I drove away, but it’s completely unacceptable. If I pay for a grande I shouldn’t get a tall in a grande cup. Super disappointed

It’s a Starbucks, as good as any other. The general shape of the strip mall makes it a little awkward to wrap the line through the room, and finding space can be a challenge. Parking is also a little awkward, but the actual restaurant itself is a Starbucks. If you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all..

I was the only person waiting in line for a drink I was getting a pumpkin spice latte extra hot with two extra shots of expresso and there was no one else waiting for a drink or anything there’s no other order before me and it literally took them 15 minutes to even come to the window say hi grab the money and had me my drink and on top of it all there was like three to five people working.. I usually like going to this Starbucks when I go through Windsor but the service is just been going downhill and having to wait longer and longer just for one drink or messing it up completely! I’m not trying to be rude but come on there’s no other orders in front of you and it takes 15 minutes for you to make a venti pumpkin spice latte I’m sorry but I’ve been working in the food industry my whole life almost and worked at a coffee shop that’s is messed up and way to long for 1 drink and 3 to 5 people working!!

So i work at safeway and im not sure which starbucks this particular one is addressing. The starbucks in safeway is fantastic (as far as the staff are super cool and can actually make drinks) starbucks in itself is too expensive for what you get in my opinion. However the drive through starbucks across the street cannot make a drink to save their lives i have gotten 3 tbere and every one of them tasted terrible. Point being go to the one in safeway its smaller by far but way better. Or go to dutch bros they are just awesome all around.

It’s really went down hill from what it use to be. My drinks are always overflowing where I can hardly even put it in my cup holder without making a mini pond.. I always ask and get charged for extra syrups but where are they at when I get my drink…? The night crew is still beast tho.
