I have tried this location several times and I always leave disappointed. The coffee is very inconsistent and the customer service is terrible. Today I purchased two lattes… the four staff members were very unfriendly and the coffee tasted terrible. I asked the barista to add syrup to mine because it didn’t taste good. She added syrup but she had her back to me the whole time as she continued her personal conversation with the other three workers. There was no apology or checking to make sure that it tasted better, they all continued to talk to each other like I did not exist. I take food/customer service very seriously and I will not be back. Unfortunatly the $10.31 coffees were so poorly made they ended up in the trash. There was no supervisor around to speak with. Very unprofessional!

Was rushing to the airport and ordered a large order online only to find I sent it to the wrong Starbucks that was in the opposite direction, this fantastic and efficient team offered to make it there at no extra charge. They quickly and perfectly made our order and we were on way! Really amazing service.

Please train your employees better. You don’t pull espresso shots before you even start steaming the milk. Drinks are just disgusting because the espresso is expired and terrible tasting. I have not had one good drink there and I go at all different times. Just so disappointing.

This Starbucks is the WORST one. Go out of your way to go to the other two Brighton has to offer, trust me, it will be worth it! As a former barista I can tell you these people don’t know how to make anything. They pull shots before they start the milk (big NO NO) this is why the espresso drinks are ALWAYS bitter. They have literally NO idea what “light ice” means for any drink. This store has been open long enough and these employees should know how to do their jobs by now. Today I decided I was friend of getting a cup full of ice and sent the refresher back- the guy at the window was SO mad. Slammed the drive through window and everything. As a former barista I have NO IDEA how the manager allows this kind of behavior. Let’s not forgot Starbucks MOTTO! 🙂

These pics are for the new drive thru location at 50th & Bridge. The service was great and the barista was super helpful when I was trying to figure out something new to drink. The floor plan is very open with a long table for bigger groups and cute stools at the end of the bar. It’s new so everything is still super clean.

The Wi-Fi connection is really really slow. Speedtest has it at less that 1 Mbps. This is my 3rd visit, all a different times of day, and the connection is always slow. Just checking my email takes forever! Please fix so I can visit more often!
