I frequent this establishment nearly everyday! So much that just about every employee knows what I order. 8 out of 10 times the drink sucks. There’s only a few who can make it correctly. Buuuut, my complaint is that employees close the store before actual closing. They close at 8 but at about 7:45 or sooner they’ve already taken apart brewing machines and such where you can’t order just about anything!! This happens quite often. What’s the point of closing at 8??? You should be able to order anything until 8 but these individuals are literally off clock at 8 on the dot!!

I rated a fours Stars Mina she is very welcoming , enjoys what she does and loves what she does that’s why her frappes are the best. She is the reason I return back she makes my drinks just right. Also the other young ladies are fantastic also they picked up very quickly. Okay this location sells large Jug’s of coffee. When we purchased two of these jugs it did not say that there was metal on the inside of the jug. So when we microwaves them, in order to warm them up. They developed a hole in in each one of them. Thus coffee everywhere. It was very nice of Starbucks to give us new large jugs of coffee. But I hope they put a warning on all of their jugs to never microwave them.

I went today the guy was soo sweet and he talked to me as he was making my drink, he added something wrong but he was so kind and said he’s remake it! Of course I didn’t want to hold up the line so I said it’s fine because I just am happy with my service and the way he offered to remake it even with people waiting.
