I’ve been drinking Starbucks and been enjoying their coffee shops since I lived in Seattle. This staff is horrid. Mr Shultz should fly this bunch to Brooklyn NY where two lines run out the door. Every person is greeted by a sharp barrista . Where they get you in and out the door quicly and you love the hustle.
