The girl was condescending rude. She put 5 shots of steaming hot espresso straight in my plastic venti cup. Told me she couldn’t make it any other way. Bc it’s how she measures the drink. That wasnt my issue. You cant put steaming espresso in a plastic cup! You put in metal or glass put aside. Plus I’ve seen them put water in first just so the espresso isnt touching the plastic cup first. Is it bpa friendly? The chemical that can leach into food and beverages and potentially cause health problems. I really dont want plastic toxins in my iced coffee. Besides the rude look like I’m crazy. She Over charged with classic syrup. Its crazy how i pay the same nationwide. I travel full-time Nationwide for fire protection. If our job wasn’t done correctly people would die. Just do your job right. But the rude baressta wants to overcharge me because i corrected her on how many shots of espresso i needed. I asked for an extra shot in a venti so it 5 just because i have been shorted. Its not my first time drinking coffee. You are seriously hurting people, its Really disturbing. I will never go here again. Plus my husband said his drink was terrible.

Not a standalone store, and mediocre even for a Starbucks. The cold brew with sweet cream was watery and lacked foam. I think they were out and instead of saying so, they just put in milk or something and called it good. Dumpy little town.

I’ve been to alot of Starbucks and this is by far my absolute favorite. I love the people that work here! They treat me and my kids phenomenally and always remember our names and our order! I never have had a better customer experience in my life than the one’s I do when we come here. I come to this specific location for the employees. All of them know me and my kids. All of them give us an amazing experience. All of them are kind and go over the top. The only reason I continously go to starbucks is because of the employees as this location.

John was awesome! I’m a former Starbucks Barista and my drink of choice (marble mocha macchiato) was pulled from the menu years ago. I usually don’t try to order it because, unless they’ve been around a while, they don’t know how to make it. He jumped on it! He was like “cool, you should get the drink you want. Just tell me how to make it!” It was perfect! He was perfect! Can’t wait to see if he remembers next time!

I will be the first to admit that I have a pain-in-the-butt drink preference. I’m a former barista and still cringe from shame every time I order it. This location, however, has never batted an eye. Everyone I’ve encountered here has a wonderful sense of humor and exceptional customer service. I wish I knew her name, but the woman with the short hair makes great drinks and works FAST!

I love the Mt Airy Starby’s. Quick and correct. Great comfy space inside too.

It is ok but because of the plexiglass and two masks, it is hard to get an order in without repeating or lowering the mask to make things more clear. Also if you ask questions or something doesn’t ring up right, the girls at the register usually have to ask for help. So that slows things down too.

Very poor knowledge in how to make very basic coffee recipes.

I’m conflicted because the coffee is great but $45 a week on coffee is kinda ridiculous. 5stars on the product, 1 star on the price.

The first day I came in right after they opened, I ordered my usual Matcha Latte. They made it with coffee?? I told them and they “remade” it but didn’t bother to fill the drink but half way full. Nor added the syrups I asked for. I shrugged it off, learning curve, right? Went back Oct 19th and ordered the same. The drink was full this time, but they added twice the amount of matcha powder they’re supposed to use. I heard the guy that works there tell the girl “you do 5 scoops”. Concerned, I took my drink home and took a sip. Definitely tastes like bitter grass lol. I googled how many scoops for the size of my drink. Was supposed to be 3. Probably won’t be returning.
