Worst Starbucks we’ve ever been too!!! Saturday we went in and it took the two girls 5 minutes to even greet us. They had several drinks at open. I get that. But once they finished and finally took our order it was 10 minutes of waiting. Then they took 15 minutes to make 2 drinks for us!!! They kept talking to each other, and ignoring other customers. When we got our drinks, the hot item was cold and the cold item which requires espresso was made with coffee and watered down. My husband said it was horrible. We didn’t go back because after 25 minutes we were done. Will never go back. Just make coffee at home or wait until we go to Apache Junction

I went to order two drinks tonight before they closed on my way to Phoenix. The woman behind the counter decided to chit chat with a guy in front of me (who must’ve worked there also) about how incompetent a coworker of hers was. I stood at the counter for a solid 15 minutes and she never acknowledged me. She took her time making other drinks and chatting with her friend. I’ve never been so disappointed at a Starbucks and will be driving past this Starbucks on my weekly trips to Phoenix.

Great drinks. The only positive thing about going to this Safeway, IS Starbucks. The store itself is worthless. Out of sale items, long lines, no xpress when you only have a few items. Hated that store.
