This is a great Starbucks inside of Safeway. Starbucks is always good. The customer service here was excellent we ordered and we got our drinks fast this is one of the better ones they have people working here who actually like to jobs which that is cool kudos to them. I hope the management here pays them well. Anyway they have their ice drinks and her keys and everything else so nice to Spicer Cubs one thing I seen here that I haven’t since I don’t know the Starbucks is out some instant coffee I should’ve grab something new maybe next time up here I will.

Small town rude. I was passing through town and the staff are so friendly to the townies but very rude to tourist, they also made my drink incorrectly and when I ask to add more of something they were rude and laughing and making fun of my request. If you wanna be treated like trash… by all means go here, if not, stay away.

Went the other day and it was a slower day but I was waiting in line and I was watching one of the girls, I think her name was chucky,I don’t know but she was rude to everyone. I didn’t end up buying anything because I dont take lightly to being spoken to like that… it was annoying.

I was in line for more than 20 mins there was one guy (Jonathan) on register taking orders and preparing drinks. Of course he took forever because apparently the other coworker (charlie) was on break. She comes back and starts excusing herself to why she was late. Bottom line is too much chatting and not enough service. NO Professionalism, lack of communication don’t know how they even have a job here. Not even worthy of a full Star. As I’m writing this I’m still waiting for my order. No sense of urgency, mediocre mindset and the inability to provide positive experience. There are 4 people still waiting in line to place their order and Charly finds it more important to stock up on cup lids instead of addressing these customers orders.

This is one of my least favorite locations. One boy who works there who either is in charge or thinks he is is always surly and condescending. Another gentlemen is too busy chatting up the female guests to get through the orders quick enough. The two ladies are much better. Friendly and chatty but still getting through the line and the orders. I haven’t seen them though in a couple weeks.
