A 45-minute wait for two lattes is beyond ridiculous. The coffees were made well, but the baristas need to show some urgency or simply stop taking orders until they can catch up. They were slow on our first visit, but even worse the next day. Management needs to figure out what the problem is and fix it.

Devin at this Starbucks was very rude to me and my fiancé a few times now when we were trying to place an order. This most recent time, He kept talk to his coworker (Belinda) while the line was very long. We waited for 30 mins for one drink.

Worst Starbucks ever. I came here two different time and both times they were super slow. And the second time I came I attempted to order a frapacino and they didn’t have the stuff to make cold coffee drinks. How can a Starbucks not have coffee? Very disappointing. I had a long drive home and was looking forward to a nice coffee drink and got nothing. Bummer.

Management here is so bad that so many people quit because of how bad it was. Change your Management and maybe you’ll see change. Like people not quiting all the time. You’re lines are slow and drink times are horrendous due to there not being enough worker. Pathetic place

I went in tonight, maybe 30 minutes before closing. They’d posted a list of things they were out of on the counter. Over 30 items. At the end of it, the bottom line was that I could get one kind of regular coffee and one kind of decaf. I asked about the shortage of ingredients and was told that the manager was out and had not placed an order to restock. As a business owner, I would have a new manager faster than I would have my business restocked.

You have to park out in Fry’s parking lot because the store is inside the shopping store of fries and there’s been several times when I’ve walked all the way into the store only to find out that they’re not serving any coffee because their machine is down there’s no seating in there whatsoever they have a couple of tables and that’s it and those are always full sometimes by the stores employees not so much for the customers
