This might be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This is the third time that I’ve waited 20 minutes for a drink that was made wrong and didn’t taste the same. They always seem to be short staffed and the staff that is working is not very friendly or polite. Probably the last time I’ll go there.

Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me us the absolute amazing customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife’s multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly appreciate it.

Awful service!! Barista told me they are not supposed to blend my drink when I’ve had this same drink blended at other locations. Oct 29th @6:00pm. The location next to them inside of Target, now they are awesome, friendly, unlike the one’s inside of Fry’s. They will make your drink exactly how you want it. The baristas are super friendly.

The scheduling manger needs to get a good talking to. How do you only have two people on a shift that gets busy and both of them are practically new. They didn’t have to say they were new but it was completely obvious that they struggling from not knowing the flow of things. While one knew more than the other, they still didn’t have enough experience to run a busy shift on their own. The poor girls were struggling. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars because the employees were nice and they were trying to keep things in order. If it were any other experienced employee that was being lazy, I would have given 1 star. The drink took 35 minutes to be made and was super sweet like the mixture ratios were off. I didn’t expect much after seeing the girls struggling. Which, again, the scheduling manager needs a good talking to about scheduling.

This place is a circus. They are always out of ingredients…and they are located in a grocery store lol. It seems like the ladies working there are always in a bad mood and i really dont remember them ever making my drink right. Our last straw was placing an order on line said our order would be done in 30m….went to the kiosk in safeway and its closed…there was a sign that said closed for a month…They didnt even take the responsibility to shut down the online option so they are still taking money lol.

I’ve had terrible experiences the last few times I’ve gone. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you and seem to avoid taking orders. I had a mobile order for pickup and I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to notice me and hand me my drink. There were also no customers at the time. The Target starbucks is 1000x better.

My drink was made perfectly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I can’t understand why I waited 20 minutes at 7am for my frapp. There were only two women working. They were out of grande cups so I was forced to get a venti. They didn’t have the right lids for the frapp so I had to take the lid off to drink it, and they were out of straws. I feel bad for the staff because whoever is making their schedules is doing them dirty. They are clearly super stressed, and when they run out of something like soymilk, one employee has to run to the back of the store to get more which leaves just one employee manning the register and making drinks. During the morning coffee rush that’s extremely unfair to do to your employees. It’s crazy that they are still able to hand out drinks with a smile so kudos to them but whoever is managing them needs to be retrained.

Worst experience at Starbucks. Whoever the two ladies working 1/9/2021 @5:30pm were, they must have been bothered by the mere presence of me. When ordering (nothing difficult or special) I was asked the simple questions of: hot, cold, etc., although I’d previously provided that information. After ordering first drink she asked, ‘is that all?’ No ma’am, I replied, I have another, and ordered. The barista making the drinks expressed to the customers before me to have a great day and thanked them. When I picked up my drinks, I said, ‘thank you very much’. And she walked off. I continued to look at them both, wondering what the reason for the less than desirable exchange was for, only to just walk away, shaking my head. I think I may just be asking too much; common courtesy?
