I’ve always had a good experience at this Starbucks. Sometimes the macchiatos are a little milky and the drive through ordering TV for like 8 months looked as if someone took a baseball bat to it. Some people get pretty wild about their coffee. I’m a simple man, and my experiences have been swell. It’s nice to see some of my old students working behind the counter.

As a doordasher for this pass year… Starbucks has been a very very friendly place to go…. every morning when I do doordash… I’m always looking forward to a Starbucks order.. but this recent pickup I had…. this worker at the window named Joey was very rude… I had a double order to pick up and the first order was given but no name was labled.. we kindly asked which order was this and he took awhile to respond.. so when he gave us a name… we kindly asked again for a maker to label the bag ourselves. BUT RUDELY HE SAID IM NOT GIVING MY MAKER… AND TOOK THE ORDER AWAY TO LABEL IT HIMSELF…. AND AS HE TOOK THE BAG… HE POINTED AT US AS IF WE DID SOMETHING WORNG… As a Native American Navajo… I feel Unwanted at this store at the exact moment…. I have stopped at many Starbucks from… Rio Rancho to Albuquerque and Los Lunas… AND NEVER HAD THIS KINDA FEELING TOWARDS A STORE BEFORE……

I stood at the pick up counter for at least 8 miutes before any of the 7 people working there even acknowledged my presents. Then when someone did ask me about my order he bagged someone else’s order. He came in after I had waited for 5 minutes Then the employee bagged the other order before my order. Both orders were sitting on the counter the entire time I was there. In my opinion this is POOR service. Other Starbucks ALWAYS greet incoming customers. This one didn’t.

I ordered a venti iced white mocha, with extra Carmel drizzle, and pumpkin cold foam. That is not what it got. There was almost no Carmel and i was given vanilla cold foam. I didn’t realize until I had driven off and took a sip of my drink. It’s very frustrating to order something fairly simple and not get what you order, especially when I’m paying $8-$10 for a coffee.

Very disappointed in this location. Just went through the drive thru and the guy at the window was very polite until it was time to pay. I handed him my card as I’ve always done and he said keep it. Then he brought the card reader outside and like every business is doing nowadays the reader asked for a tip. This was the first time this location started asking for tips, for me that is. I clicked on the no tip and immediately his face turned to a scowl. When my drink came, I said thanks and have a nice day and he just looked at me and didn’t say anything. The thing is, tips were created for waitstaff making $3 or $4 an hour on minimum wage, not entitled baristas making $15 an hour. Every business now is making it almost mandatory to tip for someone just doing their job. I literally had a 3 minute interaction with this guy and he was upset for not getting tipped. Very disappointing.

A few months ago a young man almost fought my husband in the drive through because my husband asked for cream in a short cup on the side of our drink.. the cashier then proceedied to angrily give us whole milk as the best we were going to get for requesting something that clearly made him annoyed. We didn’t come back for a few months after that, we felt that treatment was so rude. Today, I visited again and the same person took my order- by not making eye contact, no greeting, no questions- until I ordered an Iced Americano. He asked if I would like cream. I said a side of cream and I’d pay for it in a short cup if necessary. He didn’t respond after that, took my payment and just walked away. Once my drink was up- no cream. I have walked over with my small kids to this Starbucks for years, but I don’t think we will frequent it anymore. I was juggling a baby and waited for someone to assist at the drink pick up area but no one acknowledged me. I didn’t think it was worth making a fuss about some cream but the cashier has ruined our experience now twice.
