customer service is so bad, rolled their eyes, was rude and avoided eye contact, when asking for cold foam i received a dirty look. i also paid for a cake pop and did not receive it. 1/10 definitely do NOT recommend.

Yeah I’ve only had bad experiences at this location and I’ve been three times and each time I’ve gone the frapes are horrible. And that Sarah worker has attitude for no reason and can’t make coffee to save her life lol. I’ve been nice everytime and I think she gives attitude since I use an ebt card. How diverse Starbucks. I brought my own cup with ice because the ice at this location tastes funny. This location isn’t associated with official Starbucks so they don’t take payments through the Starbucks app or give you rewards for purchases. Ordered my drink, gave them my cup, the guy put more ice that tastes weird in my cup and then made my coffee wrong. I politely went back to get it corrected and the guy knew he messed up, so he took it back to remake it. The drink was still wrong ♂️ I just won’t come back here since it’s only authorized to sell Starbucks products and not officially Starbucks. No better than the locations inside airports or Barnes and Noble.

This Starbucks is inside Albertsons, so you can grab a drink before or after shopping. Starbucks has its own small seating area. I didn’t sit, but I noticed at least one table needed to be wiped down. Worker was very nice to me. I ordered a brewed coffee, and unfortunately, it was extremely bitter. Even cream and sugar didn’t make it any better. I’ve had nicer coffee at fast food restaurants and gas stations.
