Do NOT use your app stars at this Starbucks if you do, get rung up individually. I was ripped off and instead of taking the stars for my venti drink they took it from my daughters milk….. total rip-off and it’s not the money because 3 bucks difference is not gonna break the bank it’s the principal on the matter. Nice little Starbucks stop in the middle of nowhere. LoL I was grateful for this stop. In case your wondering, you can use your app here to purchase but you can not use your stars. Good to know this because I found out not all Starbucks are alike. Anyways, great little place to stop for your coffee☕️ needs. The ladies were real nice and made my coffee to order as I requested. I get a hard time sometimes at other Starbucks store. It’s kind of a hit or miss. I liked this one!!! By the way, my name is not Tina.

If I could rate your staff and I could 10 stars I would’ve. But charging exorbitant fees for your WIFI had me leave. I had planned to stay all day working on a project (which probably would’ve equaled at least 5 more drinks than the two I already ordered. (And at about 6-7 a pop that was going to be a decent amount of money today) The whole reason I chose this location was for the Starbucks so I could work on this project. So disappointing. Again. Staff awesome. Policies terrible!!!

Oatmeal is a basic item. I’ve been to many Starbucks and purchased oatmeal with coffee for breakfast. This particular Starbucks serves oatmeal in about a ten ounce container. I asked for raisins or cranberries and was assured they don’t come with oatmeal, and they didn’t have any in either case whether they came with the order or I purchased them additionally. When I opened the container, it was exactly half full. So, I paid, $4.75, or approximately $1.00 per ounce… of oatmeal. Enough Starbucks for me, until I forget why I don’t go to them again, probably 3 or 4 months.

Very busy place in the morning. Staff was busy and able to keep their composure. I made a mistake on a coffee order, and they fixed it without extra charge. I was very happy about that. This place is along the interstate, so the majority of customers take a restroom break, stretch legs, and get a quick bite to eat. This place met all of those things

Went on mother’s day when things were generally quiet and had a good, quick experience. Only negative is we went through online ordering from their website, got to the end, and got a message saying they don’t do online ordering. They clearly do so guess it was some sort of glitch…

Three people working. One took the order, one made the order, and one heated the sandwiches. Three of us. One wrong order and sandwiches took ages. Mid heating, she stopped to take orders even though the other person was standing there. Otherwise, it was all good.
