The staff is always polite, and willing to help with questions I have. The manager has gone out of her way twice now to help me when I asked about purchasing the flavored syrups. And ofcourse they make the coffee well at this location.

I use to work here and it was an awful experience. Management was horrible along with my employees. Most of my employees messed up drinks often and then were rude to the customers of they complained. I picked up shifts often for the lazy people who enjoyed calling out every other day. Take my advice and take your money elsewhere and head into town and go to Java loft! Everyone who works there is polite and the coffee is a 1000 times better.

Like with most chains sometimes it’s a good experience and sometimes it’s bad. Overall this location does good. It’s layout is tiny but most people just get there coffee and go here so it’s rarely super crowded.

So this Starbucks usually has grumpy grumps working. Lately they started charging you if you ask for milk in regular coffee which they have not been putting out the carafes of milk and half & half to self serve. They are also charging extra for syrup in drinks that should have flavors already built in. For example I ordered a white mocha iced and was charge for the white chocolate syrup on top of the price on the menu.
