My mom went to go gamble while I went to walk around. I found a Starbucks and decided to buy a tea. The tea was twice as much than at a traditional Starbucks but it’s a hotel Starbucks so that’s fine. I could live with that. I decided I didn’t want to tip. $6 for a tea was already a lot. After I clicked no tip the machine told me “Bad tip” I feel like this is incredibly disrespectful! Even if it didn’t come from an employee. When I said something to my cashier she didn’t know how to respond. I don’t blame her because I would’ve reacted the same way I felt very disrespected and I definitely won’t be giving this Starbucks any more of my money!

Had the Hot Tea Matcha Green Tea w/ soy milk instead. It was delicious, it hep to ease the throat. I enjoyed every sip. My partner had the Iced Apple crisp espresso drink and he loved it, couldn’t stop talking about how good it was

Excellent customer service. It was my very 1st time trying Ice Coffee and I had questions. Amanda was such an amazing wealth of knowledge. She answered all of my questions and made an excellent suggestion that I absolutely loved. My step daughter mentioned her bubbly personality later after returning from Starbucks herself.

If you go in the morning usually they only have one employee and it’s sad because it’s a casino and I have seen this place super busy in the mornings. They should have more staff at this location. Casino does not have many options for breakfast anymore at Boulder Station so Starbucks egg bites are a perfect healthy choice. Also 24 hours would be nice here as there is always people looking for Starbucks especially gamblers staying up late to win big $ Keep the good stuff going!

Nice Starbucks for boulder station. Although for some stupid reason nowhere in Boulder station do they have tap to pay very inconveinent. I mean the cafe wants you to make a damn reservation. They even recommend using the QR scan code they provide to aid in making a reservation for the C+ food being served and yet no tap to pay capabilities….
