It’s 24 hours, honestly all Starbucks should be. If casino Cafe isn’t doing it for you, this place is goodd.mobile order not available at this location. Late night cafe run , two Venti holiday drinks made perfect. The staff was courteous. Seating is limited. Full snack bar with all the goods. It is located is to the left of main entrance lobby check in, past gift shop.

We recently visited this Starbucks location on Saturday afternoon 4/22/23. We’ve been here many times and have always received great service and excellent coffee. However, this time was different. My husband and I were the only 2 people in line, so not busy at all. The 3 young ladies working behind the counter seemed completely inconvenienced that we showed up for 2 coffees, particularly the one taking our order. She was very snarky and downright rude while taking our order. Our coffee was abruptly placed on the counter, without saying a single word to either of us, we thanked them and left. We very quicky returned realizing we had the wrong order. We politely explained to the same girl at the counter, that the order was wrong. She then became even more snappy and replied with “Excuse me, what?” You signed up to do this job, which includes customer relations. If you are burdened with this responsibility, it’s very simple, find a new job. You don’t treat people like this.

I came here late at night on a Monday expecting little to no special service. As I got into the establishment located in the nugget casino the nice barista named Cristian made sure to greet me and ask how my day has been, and even making small talk. Cristian kindly explained what I can add and even recommended a drink based on what I like! This is the best service that I have ever received at a Starbucks and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I would like to thank Cristian for the exceptional service and expanding my taste.
