Very friendly staff, I’ve tried a chicken barbecue sandwich today. It was really good and I normally don’t buy their food because I feel it’s a little pricey and I rather buy coffee, but it’s definitely worth it. We haven’t tried it I recommend you do.

Unprofessional staff. I asked for a simple drink and it was made wrong. I ask for them to fix it and all they did was pour the same drink in a different cup. On top of that I watched my drink just sit in the blender for almost 5 minutes as everyone else received their drinks. I was trying to be understanding because they were busy but I ended up just asking for a refund because it just wasn’t worth waiting or arguing with anyone.

Jennifer and victor were very nice and helpful. Jennifer recommended a drink for my wife which is super picky but really like the drink. She will be ordering that drink again. Jennifer wrote it down on a piece of paper for her… I forgot the name of the drink but just ask Jennifer which drink it was.

The pink hair employee was very rude! I have been ordering Trenta Ice Tea, no water, no sugar for ever. Pink hair made my drinks and when she set them on the counter she rudely told me from now on they will charge me more for not adding water to my Ice Tea.

I always reluctant to go to this particular Starbucks, therefore I rarely go there. Until this happens to me so I give this review. The cashier lady did not know if Starbucks would grind their coffee beans, she obviously did not know how, the barista guy taught her. When I asked to see if my ground coffee suited my liking, she kept throwing away the ones that did not suit me. It was my beans. I used to grind my Starbucks coffee beans in Indonesia, they let you know and see if the beans to your liking. They used their current (opened) beans, not ours.
