Went in and purchased a $22 small insulated cup. I ask if the young lady could wash it, especially after being handled by a bunch of people, explaining that it was for my wife was in the hospital after emergency surgery to repair a broken left. I wanted to put her coffee and it and take it to her as a surprise instead of flowers which die. Then I discovered that the manager said no he would not do it, citing some type of policy. Of course once other customers heard that they were slightly outraged. Seeing the customers somewhat unhappy at this behavior, the young lady asked me if I would like to approach the manager again? I said no you obviously don’t have the kindness or empathy involved to make an exception & to take care of this!

This location has been my favorite Starbucks until today, 07/12/2023. I was charged $9.65 for iced coffee and asked for extra caramel (I was charged $.80 for it) I don’t think it had any caramel in it at all!

Starbucks, what can I say. Weather you visit and buy coffee there daily or just once in a while its always fresh brewed, made with excellence, and they will redo it if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Classy coffee place and a casual atmosphere with superb coffee drinks.

Love starbucks always, the only thing i don’t like now is the star things, it’s so little to earn them, they’re expired too and the price went up since last year I believe..so as if like you have to spend your money on a daily basis for you to be able to enjoy a free drink/food which I can’t afford it. I make my own starbuck coffee every morning but go to the store once a week or when I need it. Thank you.
