I’d give this employee a 0 if I could. I was at this location around 3:30 today. The employee working was more interested in talking with other employee in Albertsons then, helping me as a customer. The original conversion that I walked up on was very inappropriate, then she started having another conversation with a different employee about when they would get to work together. All the while I am the only one standing there waiting to be serviced. I ended up walking out. Wow, Terrible customer service!!!

It’s a Starbucks. Unfortunately with this franchise you don’t get what you pay for. Overpriced coffee and worse the clerk’s correct you if you order a large black coffee. “One Venti Americana for the barista.” The Dunkin up the street has a faster drive through with a better price.
