I go to this Starbucks because it’s the closest. I recently stopped going because of the employees they are not friendly when they mess up a drink they get upset or make an excuse for them self and ultimately that is the reason I stopped going for many months. I was a barista/partner of starbucks I do have to say. Since I left the store has not improved.

Their drinks are somewhat consistent. Several months back we had an pretty bad experience, when we were waiting in line before closing. We were waiting for at least 10 minutes and when we got to the speaker to order, we were told they were closed. When we replied back, we were ignored. That being said, I’m glad their service had been decent since.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too terrible customer service tried to make me pay extra for a little bit more almond milk. I want less coffee and more milk and you want to charge me? This is ridiculous so I walked in after I went through the drive-thru and they gave it to me with no problem. The end result is the wrong brew of coffee thats now too cold because they didn’t pour the hot coffee over the almond milk like any barista with a brain would.
