They are very rude first of all and whenever I order coffee, they make me a different coffee. They always messed up my coffee today. I end up getting my money back because I’m sick and tired of this location. And she was very rude and disrespectful. You guys need some training. I spent $400 a month on you guys coffee you guys better have a good customer service.

On 6/22/23 @around 8pm I Preordered my two drinks on the app, paid with my app, I was assuming my drinks would be ready when I arrived. I pull up and nobody acknowledges me, I drive to the window and the girl is sweeping with earbuds on. I open my car door and knocked on the window, she was startled and told me that they were closed. I said it’s not 10 yet and I’ve already paid, do you have two drinks waiting to be picked up??? The manager came out and said you have to come tomorrow, we don’t have anything for you. I said you guys are supposed to be open til ten. She smiles and says sorry you have to come back tomorrow. I was upset that they were listed as being open till 10. They were clearly still there, having fun, the manager was there and could have accommodated me a little. I would have if it happened on my closing shift. It’s not like I came late and expected to place an order! I want to know where the drinks actually were though because I had already ordered and paid so normally they are made ahead of time right??

There was no customers inside and they still took an extra 10 minutes to make my drink. Plus they gave a different cakepop that what I ordered and never mentioned that before I left the building. When I came back to ask why it wasn’t what I ordered they just said they were out so they gave what was closest. They should have asked if that was okay or at least informed me of that beforehand. They also look like they filled the bottom of my drink with whipped cream to make up for not making enough. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when going to starbucks.

We live a couple of blocks from this location and gone in multiple times prior to this review. On multiple occasions, we’ve been told that this location is closed at 7:30 pm when their store hours reflect 8 pm closing time. As a person who works evening hours, it really starts to bother. There drinks are a hit or a miss every time. Due to this, I unfortunately will not be visiting any time soon.

Staff at this location should do a better job with DoorDash/ Uber Eats delivery orders. Ordered coffee and croissants for the 5th time in last 6 months and consistently I had received just the coffee. When this happened first, I thought it was a miss by the delivery person but with missing items on a regular basis, it’s got to be an issue with order packaging at this location.

i don’t go there as much as i used since Starbuck’s allows non customers to sit in there for hours which leaves me, a paying customer, no where to sit and relax, so i can make coffee at home.

30 minute wait while the guy working drive-thru chops it up with his buddy after they have already received their drinks. They shared photos on a tablet, spoke about instagram and were so loud about the personal conversation! Finally got to the window and it took another 12 minutes to get out drinks. The gentleman working kept flirting and poking the female employee. He walked away in the middle of making our order twice after she started working the window. The inside lobby was 100% empty! Our drinks were room temperature and 3/4 of the way full. I use to work for Starbucks and this is not the standard they pride themselves in. Photo added of the young man!

I was standing at the counter for at least 4 to 5 min before someone came to take my order. Someone was willing counters others in their own conversation, and some were actually working. When I received my drinks, they both taste like steamed milk (vanilla latte and caramel macchiato) so I went back in the store and the barista was a little argumentative about how the drinks were supposed to be made. What she doesn’t know is in a certified barista and I just wanted them fixed, but she talked too much to listen.
