The four stars are due to the many students that fill up this place. It can get super pack and busy at times. The drinks are delicious and sweet and have all the drinks like a regular Starbucks but they don’t redeem points here I was told.

The worst service at any Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Deja, the woman making our drinks was rude and unorganized. Even with 7 people on staff we waited 15 minutes for one drink. I have to mention that there was a definite racial component to who was served first and the only cheerful greetings were for black students only. Deja clearly has some issues.

I ordered drink without ice, and the cashier alreday wrote down on the cup. When I got my drink, it has a half of cup ice. And then I told the staff I ordered no ice. And the staff give back the drink to another staff，and she said “She doesn’t want ice. She allergy with ice.” that’s so terrible service.
