Me and my wife ordered two Frappuccino‘s (carmel frap)(white chocolate mocha frap)and they both came out the best Frappuccinos we have ever had we came in yesterday and our drinks were made wrong by a different girl working by herself (forgot to add Frappuccino roast in both)but it definitely made up for it today our drinks are amazing today and the baristas today really went above and beyond thank you so much Ashley and Candice they are amazing at there job and really take pride in the work they do five stars all around we will definitely be coming daily to get our drinks from this location 3:40pm 10/12/22

I frequent this Starbucks and usually get good service. However today I was allowed to make a mobile order at 520am then sat in the drive thru without acknowledgement for 20 minutes. If you’re going to open late don’t turn on your mobile orders so people can go somewhere else. And as professionals do not allow a patron to sit for 20 minutes without speaking to them or telling them what the issue is. I had to wait because this business had already taken my money, didn’t acknowledge me so I could ask for a refund and now I’m going to be late to work. Very dissatisfied, will not be returning.

Online said it was open until 7. We stopped by at 5:30 since the other Starbucks in the parking lot was closed. Walked in and this one was also had nobody behind the counter working and a sign saying it was closed.

Sometimes if im in the middle or something or doing something as simple as smoking a cigarette i choose to find a starbucks with a drive through to accommodate… Well as i was paying for my purchase the employee told me that i was not allowed to smoke in MY car while going through the drive through. I was VERY offended for if i am smoking i always take others. Into consideration and hold it as far away as possible an i felt discriminated against by the employee. I contacted corporate to see if that was a policy cause i have no problem following the rules if it is an they said no. Policy is no smoking inside or on the patios at starbucks, there is nothing stated a customer cant smoke in the drive through an more importantly in their OWN car. That after confirming the policy i attempted to contact the store to speak with the manager and spent close to 45 min calling back to back with not a single call answered. It would just ring until a busy/disconnection tone started. So maybe there wasnt even a manager there who knows… But it was all very unprofessional and disappointing to receive service like this. I sadly let that incident ruin the start of my day an as we all know our mornings always dictate our days. I’ve decided that im no longer taking my business to this location because obviously theirs some training issues… Or lack there of.

This Starbucks is definitely not a great place to get a coffee. Every time I go they mess up my drink. Today I got a vanilla ice coffee light ice with ex. Camel drizzle, and milk. Not a watered down black coffee with milk, sugar, and condensed milk!!!!! It tasted terrible!!

Difficult morning at this starbucks today. Got our order wrong from the start. Returned it to get another wrong coffee. Ended up walking out with no coffee that I paid for. It was too busy to keep pressing them for the correct order. Went somewhere else for my coffee..

I’ve given this store so many chances and every time they are the slowest service by far. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or in store ordering, even to go mobile orders will take forever and you will end up waiting. Go to another location if you can, this one is no good
