Staff is good but needs to be trained a tiny bit better. Bagels are always undercooked and raw even though I emphasize on getting them brown on top. Have to throw them away too often because they just taste so meh

Very slow, as it took 20 min to get a coffee. So slow I went and received a refund, Then as I was walking out the door, they called my name. I was not the only one waiting as about 10-15 other people were waiting too which caused this establishment to have no place to sit down and enjoy my purchase as folks were sitting without drinks or food. So I had to go out to my motorcycle and have my coffee from the seat of my bike. It finally fell off, but at least it was free.

Coming through town, when I went here, it was very busy, but the service was fast and organized and the store itself was beautiful and accommodating. My sister said it was the best hazelnut mocha she ever had from a Starbucks, and I really enjoyed my coffee as well.

Customer service is always fantastic. Wait times are not long. My only complaint is that staff occasionally gets my order wrong. If I pay almost $7 for ONE cup of coffee I would prefer it to be made they way I ordered it. The environment inside is wonderful. The bathrooms are clean. The outdoor patio are is very enjoyable. Overall this Starbucks is amazimg.

It’s a larger Starbucks with a drive-thru. There’s about four small tables, one or two larger tables and a bar seating area on the inside as well as tables w/umbrellas outside. A small amount of retail inventory is available by the registers. You can order on the mobile app ahead of time and pick it up either inside or at the drive-thru. The staff is familiar with their drinks and foods, Starbucks card, payment options, use of the app and they seem to be on top of pretty much everything. The store has always been clean, they are always friendly and they handle a large volume of customers pretty fast (like I’ve never waited longer than 5- minutes in line from beginning to end) so I’m impressed! I have no complaints here.

Usually very satisfied when I order here. I will say my drink was made correctly. Now with that being said the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes for an iced chai is why this rating is so low. I understand being busy but 40 minutes for coffee is ridiculous
