This hotel is really nice a little bit too many kids running all over the place but for what we were here for the entire staff was very accomodating and our board meeting went really smooth the hotel is really nice the beds are comfy buuuuttt the pillows are too soft for me I sink in and can’t breath the rooms could use some new pillows but they are really nice and kept up really well they have many pools an adults only pool on the top deck and one kids only pool and another pool for everyone this place is cool and if weren’t for so many kids running a muck I would come back here but I think it’s a one a done deal

Went to this Starbucks location this Morning for coffee. Went to use my credit card; declined 3 times. Knowing card is fine. As I did yesterday. Then using my card at 4 other locations afterwards. Card worked fine. Bank call telling me card is fine. Go back to test card and get lemonade. Same problems; declined 4 times. They do not take cash. Which is illegal under IS Federal law. Call Starbucks customer service was told I needed to be a club member ? Which is Aldo illegal being a open box retailer. Have contact my attorney.

It offers the same types of coffees, tea’s and drinks. Has breakfast items but the sweets and pastries have more of a Hawaiian vibe to them. Good service, patient with people when trying to decide they want. Go early to avoid the line. Expensive.

Super slow + luxury resort tax = means you’re paying extra for a slow drink that won’t taste like what you are used to at Starbucks. At least the Baristas are friendly, but they’re understaffed and seem a little more trained than the one a little further south.

This Starbucks is super convenient if you’re staying at the Westin. It has a full-service Starbucks menu with drinks and breakfast options. The hours are very limited though (they close at 11am), and you can’t order on the Starbucks mobile app so give yourself an extra 20-30 minutes in case the line gets long (which it does). There’s also a Starbucks 5 minutes down the road in Lahaina and it does take mobile orders so if you’re venturing out around the island, choose this option and mobile order when you leave the hotel – it will be ready for pick-up by the time you arrive. (The drive-thru at that off-campus Starbucks is always terrible so make sure to mobile order and walk in.)
