Barista was very rude. I asked for Iced drinks and when I saw he was blending it. I let him know nicely that I asked for the 4 drinks iced he was very rude. Gave me a mean look and was tossing things and when he was giving me the drinks he was slamming them on the counter. First and last time I come to this locations

Both the ladies were very nice and greeted me with a smile I’m pretty sure given they had masks they are very professional and my drink was delicious it was made to my specifications that i requested the lady that rang out my order I think her name was Angel she has great customer service skills like she wrote the book on it. I have been to some of the different locations in Portland an they could definitely learn from the way she treats people with her professionalism definitely go out of my way to this Starbucks for the great customer service great people and great coffee thank you for makeing my day better .

This was maybe the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I give two stars, because one of the baristas was working really hard and doing double time, because the other barista was walking about refilling barely empty lids while there was a huge line. Then other said barista was extreme rude. I ordered a wrap they didn’t have and said they couldn’t refund me and I had to go to customer service. It was such a weird Starbucks experience.

I used to like this place but there is an older lady barista now who is just a b. Also every time I WALK down there they say they are on a break and they’ll be back in 30 and I always wait and they never come back. Baristas do a good job with drink orders. Love the convenience of getting a coffee while I shop or to take home with me. Only thing I don’t like is that because this isn’t a “corporate” store, I find they don’t participate in challenges. Yes, you get your regular stars, you just don’t get “credit” for challenges.
