I think they got decaf mixed up with regular caffeinated coffee. After three shot espresso I was still yawning. Took a three hour nap and caffeine headache by 2pm. $6.45 +1.00 tip.

Asked for a pour over, they don’t do that after 9am. Asked for a peach iced green tea lemonade and got a hibiscus drink. “This is peach?” “Yes. Did you want more fruit flavor?” “No. I just thought it would be peachy color.” I am not comfortable going to this Starbucks due to insufficient training with the staff as well as a staff shortage.

I walked in to the Safeway to go to Starbucks and I asked for a Java chip frappe and asked for a banana to be blended in to the drink and I got a weird response from the lady working at the bar and she said that she had never served a Java chip frappe with a banana in it but I then went down to the Marina and got it there with no problems at all she just didn’t feel like doing it. Terrible service. And she tried putting me in a bad mood. Do not recommend.

Like Jamie, I travel quite a bit and my morning routine is venti pike and classic oatmeal. I visited this location (inside Safeway) twice, the first time I ordered the oatmeal, I was given the nuts and brown sugar and figured they were out of the dried fruit. The second time, I was offered a choice of fruit or nuts. At this location, the classic comes with EITHER dried fruit OR nuts and brown sugar. If you want both fruit and nuts, expect to be charged extra! I’ll take the extra time to run “across town” to the other location. I won’t be back to pay more for the same product offered elsewhere! Sorry Safeway Starbucks, lost a customer!
