Getting almost 2 inches of foam in your coffee is not ok. Especially when asked for no foam. Didn’t Starbucks as a corporation get in legal trouble for that already? Also the few times I have been here the service has been horribly slow. Not because they were busy, because they are SLOW. Get some new baristas who know how to make coffee, don’t scam you on the pours, and can move at a decent pace.

The lady who took our order cut me off in a rude fashion and called for her coworker to take our order I’m assuming because she was going on break. Either way that was kind of rude not just for us but for her coworker as well. Also our order was messed up. My sister got my drink syrup mixture without an added item and I got a Frappuccino and I’m positive it didn’t even have syrup in it. Just the coffee and mocha drizzle I asked for. I’ve worked in a Starbucks kiosk and they didn’t even write on the cups what each drink was so it makes sense how she may have forgotten or gotten mixed up but that’s why there is usually the whole writing on the cup thing…

The value is no longer there with prices going up (and is it just an optical illusion or did the cups get smaller?) And the lack of consistency has finished it off for me. Have a decent cup in one place and bad at the next. (They even remade one of them for me and I think it came out worse). But they get an extra star for having great employees.

I am so impressed with the Starbucks at Fred Meyer’s in Sandy Oregon. Due to construction in the store they were giving away free coffee for the inconvenience. Now that’s the way to conduct a business and make friends!
