I ordered a special drink here that I wanted to try. The girl in here told me that she wouldn’t try it, and that I shouldn’t either basically. So I said okay make me something that you think I would like, and she made me something that tasted horrible. I haven’t been back since. The vibes were horrible. Maybe try and just make the order that the customer requests next time instead of trying to put your two cents in on a spin of a classic drink and make it terrible.

Every time i come here the workers are lounging around and they are very rude. Which is totally unlike other Starbucks. They are always out of everything. The last time i went there they were out of cold coffee… like what???! I don’t get it! That’s like going to Mc Donald’s and them saying they’re out of burgers.

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Ellie! This poor girl was there alone with a line that wouldn’t quit. She maintained her professional and was very upbeat considering the situation. She also made a killer mocha and caramel macchiato! Shame on the manager of this Starbucks location for having only one employee here on a Saturday morning!! Kudos again to Ellie!

I sipped my drink and noticed there was milk or cream in it. Made my drink incorrectly. When notified the cashier about it, she was so aggressive with her rude/annoyed tone of voice and kept arguing with me about my drink I ordered. Who does this? Would not rcmd going here. Should have just stuck to Dutch.Afterwards, I had stomach problems because I’m lactose.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I am a Starbuck frequent shopper but this visit was the worst. My drink was made incorrectly, looked wrong, and tasted burnt. When I asked for it to be remade I was told it was made correctly and should taste fine. Yes, it should have tasted good but it DIDN’T. The barista (manager) was rude, snotty, had an attitude, and acted put out that I wasn’t happy with my drink. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to drink burnt coffee milk! So she remade the coffee the exact same way and it was still atrocious! Rather than argue and get the same result in the end, I took the drink and left…tossing the Starbucks dreadful drink in the trash on the way out the door!

Tried this location again for the Unicorn Frap and of course they were out of the ingredients again. Every time I come here they have always been out of something, but will still display the item on the menu at drive through.

Walking distance from my neighborhood. They make my double americano perfectly every time and there is plenty of seating and tables. Nice folks. On the down side, Starbucks everywhere still use the microwave to heat up breakfast sandwiches creating a gooey rubbery texture.
