I like to treat myself to something from Starbucks when I make the drive in to Albany from Corvallis to get prescriptions at the CVS in this Target. Every time I have done so, I have been pleased with the friendly service. Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed for the level of busyness, but they have always apologized if wait seemed long and are efficient and attentive when it is my turn to order. I have always received the exact drink I ordered (I do have a more complicated order!) Actually, every employee I have interacted with at this Target, no matter the setting (pharmacy, checkout, Starbucks, etc.) is friendly.

Wanted to shout out the store lead, Jackson! He is always very friendly and makes sure to have a personal connection with all the customers in line even though it’s busy. There is often a very long line there and he is often the only one working but he is always happy and friendly!

The baristas were nice, but not very knowledgeable, about what you would expect from a non corporate store. They lacked the passion for their product that I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. They were such a stickler to their policy that I asked for a refill on the way out and they told me that only if I had stayed in the lobby.

Old grumpy lady was very disrespectful, and made my father wait on purpose, when all he asked for was a cup of ice. She continued to discuss it, in an unprofessional manner with a customer, in which I could over hear. Will not be returning with someone idiotic working, like herself. Didn’t get her name but she was working 09/28/17 around 3 or a little before.
