I am soooo sorry to have to write this negative review. I live nearby. I LIKE the coffee. I like the employees. I don’t like the fact that someone who uses the Drivethru, often, thinks that it is fine(normal behavior), to spit on the wall of the building every time that he is line, and ‘NONE OF IT HAS BEEN REMOVED SINCE THE STORE OPENED! I don’t like the fact that if I had not yelled WHOA at the top of my lungs, an elderly male customer, heading to the parking area, would have been run over by a drive-thru customer! Something has to be done about the egress to the parking area. Someone is going to be badly injured if a ‘mirror’; or a ‘blinking sign’ is not installed! If you think that I am being ‘dramatic’, take YOUR life in your hands leaving this store! In passing, and as part of my rating, every table and chair, outside, is dirty, every day.

Employees are kind and welcoming. Coffee is generally good, but they sometimes don’t get your order correctly. Asked for an iced vanilla latte and got iced coffee. No vanilla and they weren’t clear with what they meant when they asked if I wanted cream. When you ask for a vanilla LATTE, you’d think they would make that.

My mother and I needed Starbucks before a long drive. I’ve always been skeptical of Safeway Starbucks’, but we were desperate since it’s the only one in the area. Such a mistake. The woman working was so slow. The line just kept growing and growing. She spent 5 minutes making a simple drink, while 7 people waited in line.
