I was treated very rudely by a woman with purple hair. I have been ordering the same drink for years and no one has ever been rude to me about it. I never leave comments but she was so rude and acted like I was stupid I have to complain.

Classic Starbucks, friendly staff and consistent drinks. This is a license store so they don’t carry all of the Starbucks food, beverages only. They will have Nitro and hot foods in April 2021! 🙂

Typical Starbuck’s fare… 5 stars because of the customer service which is great. I came in 2 minutes before closing and the barista had to “open” again. She did it with a smile and did not made me feel like an idiot for coming 2 mins before closing. Kudos for the barista, I didn’t catch her name but it was 1 Nov 19 at 6:58 pm.

When going thru a drive thru *almost daily* its polite to acknowledge your customer….not continuously carry on private conversations while working. Might need to find a different location where the customer comes ahead of last nights happenings. Just saying.
