Just went through drive through. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. 1. Husband’s drink was not full and half dilluted with whipped cream he didn’t want. 2. My frozen drink was not right not once but twice. Didn’t notice the 2nd time till I left. Won’t be back. Will remember this next time I think about going to Starbucks. Super disappointing.

Management constantly harassing workers resulting today in my worst experience by far. Managers were harassing a worker for their clothes which then forced the store to shut down and we were all rushed outside. Then while finishing my drink outside about ten minutes go by and then the workers invite us all back in. While we’re in there the managers are arguing with a worker and another worker is crying. They then send us all back out of the store. Whatever is going on here is disgusting. I’m so sorry for the workers going through this.

I ordered a venti hot beverage from here and they made the wrong size or not enough. Instead of fixing it, they put it in a venti cup and sprayed on extra whipped cream. This resulted in me being charged full price for a large when I received maybe a medium. Just make sure to do an integrity check before you drive away from the window. It’s not 1 star because even though they had this issue with honesty it was still hot and tasted good.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would they are always out of everything and consistently make the drinks wrong, they are usually short staffed as well. Definitely do not recommend!:)

This is an epic place for coffee!!! The restrooms are spotless and so is the lobby. I think that they need a few couches or oversized chairs for customers to get comfy and enjoy their coffee. The hard chairs are very uncomfortable but otherwise everything is good. Their coffee is a little spendy but worth it I think. The people who work there are super friendly and know their coffee. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

I know it’s pretty hard serving a mob of students… however with seven workers and it should take 30 minutes to get an iced white chocolate mocha. I asked multiple people where my order was and only if it was an online order would they look it up. Once I said I ordered in person I only got a shrug. No one would check how long (I was asking because depending on time I would’ve cancelled). The girl I was asking set down my drink a few minutes later all the way at the end he of the counter I couldn’t reach and did not call out my name. Absolutely so rude. With how Starbucks has been all over the news I was still trying to support the business that I grew up enjoying. Andrew this experience I will not be returning or recommending.
