Baristas were very rude. Made both my drinks wrong. Ordered a passion tea with 8 pumps classic and they didn’t put any. Also ordered a cold brew with heavy whipping cream. They but so much heavy cream I couldn’t even taste the coffee. When at the window the barista never said a word to me and only talked to the coworker.

I enjoyed my Coffee, but I returned because my ride was taking a while longer than expected, this is now at 4:10PM. SATURDAY Aug, 7th open Till 7pm the sign on the counter Says and on the internet and as far as any Employee working at Fredmyers could tell me or understand. , so Instead of taking literally 30 seconds to write a Sign for the Loyal Customers Saying ” We Are Short Staffed, and due to such situation we are Regretfully Forced to Close at 4pm , until Further notice when we are able to Employ more staff at this South Fredmyer Starbucks” P.S. “We Appreciate your understanding, in the Near Future we hope to have Resolved said Problem and Resume Normal Hours, On Behalf of Starbucks and all its Employees The Company Sincerely Apologies for any inconvenience and Look forward to SHARING MORE TIME TOGETHER IN DUE TIME”. I was so disappointed with the service and the coffee at this Starbucks! I was there yesterday morning and waited a very long time (with no one else ahead of me.) I had to send my 1st cup of coffee that they may be back, it was so bad! All I ordered was an Americano. Espresso and water. How can you mess that up?
