Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately the only option I have for my out of town coffee stop before work. More times then not, they are closed ours before they should be. Today I tried to order coffee at 5:30 pm and was told they were closed. They are supposed to be open until 7pm. Worst service and sub par drinks.

I waited 15min for this place to open an hour late today and the gal that showed up was totally freaking rude and says “oh I’m not going to be open for a WHILE!” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The employees at this particular Starbucks are always stuck up SNOTS!

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. The baristas do not care about their customers and they do not have a personality that is inviting. Every time I come here I feel like I’m being an inconvenience for them. It’s a shame because all other Starbucks all the baristas are very inviting expect for this one. And they seem to be closed at random times not their posted times

I would have given more star but it seems like when I go here and want a newer drink they never have all the ingredients to make it or when I order a refresher drink they are out of the fruit that goes in it or its really watered down and you can see through it I once asked them to use less water and they said they can’t do that and that’s how the drink is made but I went to the other Starbucks and they used very little water. Other that the employees are really nice!

I stood in front of the Starbucks for a few moments, the girl said nothing. So I stepped away for a minute to check something out I came back less than 2 mins later and the girl turns around, says “sorry were closed”. I say oh, it’s ok and leave but I’m wondering what time it is? It’s 6:48pm when I get to my car. They close at 7pm. I am not even gonna bother arguing with her but that is BS. Change your hours if you don’t close at 7pm. I ha e worked in food/drink service and we always served until the last minute. I clearly got there with plenty of time for her to make 1 drink for me before she truly had to close. Very unprofessional.

This Starbucks is a Safeway in-store spot.. they don’t clean the tables, ring items up wrong, don’t listen well {dude is worst, some gals are good} and don’t inform the drink is ready.. If you like starbucks experience this is a fail spot.
