Pretty sure other starbucks are cheaper as I immediately noticed the price difference. About a dollar more expensive. There’s no reason to go to this one when the quality is not as good either. Ordered a grande latte and I could feel it was light and saw it was only about 3/4th of the way filled up. Sandwich was also relatively cold and not heated properly. Never had this problem with any other starbucks and I go regularly

Worst service and attitude. Female server stood watching an oven to finish, she had plenty of time to take.my order. After oven was done she turned and said she would be with me in a few minutes, as she continued to do nothing I suggested the service was bad. She apologized and said they were short handed and told me where 2 other locations .were.. this all followed her saying how much she hated working there and would takexanither job if she could find o lne. I went there when it’s closed already but that wasn’t a problem. I always like to see what’s new for coffee mugs and cups and I just stopped by, taking a look and did not touch anything. I was told it’s closed and was told to leave from a staff(not sure if he’s a manager). I told that guy I was just looking and still was told to leave with very unfriendly manner. Never been treated so rude like this before, do you think I would steal your stuffs because of my race???

Service was slow, impersonal, and devoid of eye contact. Pastry wasn’t heated up and had a chewy texture. Latte tasted way off…not even sure how the barista messed it up. Tasted like sour, bitter coffee grounds. I’ve never felt so disappointed with a Starbucks.
