I had stopped by before busy rush this morning around 6:45 am to get an Americano, I forgot to mention no room and the gal taking my order did not ask me if I wanted room or not. When my drink was done, I noticed that there was still lots of room left, I nicely asked the barista to add more hot water and also get an iced water. Her response was “you need to mention no room on your coffee when ordering and if you want an iced water, you would need to get back in line and ask for an iced water at the register next time!” I have never been treated with a snobbier attitude in any other Starbucks.
