I ordered a toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso this morning. My drink tasted AWFUL. Like it was missing flavor, or the milk was somehow sour. There was no sticker on my drink to even verify my order was correct. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location m. Never going back.

I’m here almost every morning. The drive through staff is usually great. The inside staff is not usually as great but one time in particular I had to send my drink back twice and even the first time, the barista wasn’t pleasant at all, not a “sorry” or a smile, just RBF and made it wrong again. My drinks get made wrong in the drive through a lot as well but I usually just drink it

Such lovely and friendly staff. I’m glad that of all the starbucks in Everett, this is the one I have the most opportunity to visit. I’m happy to go in. I get the sense that this isn’t an unpleasant job for the people working here, or at least not a slave driving job. I hope I’m right about that, good on the team here for being stand out among the chain.

I stopped by on Friday and the experience was unlike any I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Unlike most baristas who just churn out drinks as quickly as possible, Kaitlin struck up conversation while making my drinks and frequently solicited feedback to make sure that they were made exactly how I wanted them. In these times when social interaction is at a minimum, it’s great when customer service is willing to put in the extra effort to make customers feel valued.

The kid that works decided to not make drinks for my wife and I. First he said he was too busy so we put in our order, shopped for 15 minutes and came back to no drinks. He then proceeded to help others and ignore us. My wife asked him if he even started the drinks and said he had “just been too busy”, but we were literally the only people standing there waiting. We left and went to a different one. Horrible service. I’m sure Starbucks would not be pleased to have him as an employee.
