Nice location with great coffee and breakfast selection, the sitting area is good and cozy, the mall itself had a lot of shopping items and the parking is huge with multiple entrances also the service is fast and the staff is very friendly and professional, the new mint Frappuccino is awesome it’s a limited time so you should tried it’s really amazing

Food for Thought
9/19 update. Saw Guatemala on drip posted. Was told it was gone but they could do a pour over. OMG SUPER BITTER!! Worse than Pikes. Starbucks is synonymous with the worst coffee in the Seattle area to me now. On par with airline Coach coffee.

Decided to get a drink on my way out of Safeway this morning & the young man working (I believe his name was Christian) greeted me the second I walked up & he answered every question I had regarding the drinks & sizes . I usually buy drinks premade in the grocery store so I had no idea what to order. Anyway Christian was helpful & very nice young man, he made me a tasty frappe & said have a good day or nice day something to that effect. Had a pleasant morning thanks to him, you guys better hang on to this young man he’s on the ball. I’d hire him in a heartbeat.

I was disappointed with my experience today. I usually get great service here, but today wasn’t so good. It seemed to be the lady that was working there by herself this morning last day there & she seemed really down. Not sure if it was bc it was her last day there? Or bc she was working by herself & according to her, it sounded like they don’t have enough coverage. I understand her frustration, but doesn’t make it right to not provide excellent customer service. I asked for a EXTRA shot of expresso & NO whip cream & got the total opposite for both!! Definitely not worth $6 & a $5 TIP! ♀️

The service I received here today was awful. Apparently there was a not-so-great interaction at this Starbucks with a co-worker of mine, and the manager and one of her employees decided to take it out on me. As I’m walking up to place an order for someone else I’m getting death stares from the manager and her employee, followed by a very rude “No!” from the manager. She then rudely asks me how many drinks I’m ordering and who it’s for like she’s isn’t going to take my order unless she approves of my answers (are you kidding me!). I’m not sure why I was the target for this manager and her employee, as I’ve always been nice to them. Even when they screw up my order I’m nice about it. I won’t be wasting my time or money at this Starbucks again.

Central place to where a lot of people live, this store gets busy. Staff do a good job of making your order quick once you can make it. Morning Rush is insanely busy at the drive through so parking and walk in, it won’t take so long. Buy some pastry it’s worth it.

I usually don’t get good experience here but I’m not picky about that .. but today I had a really bad experience here. Around 11:30 AM .. when I arrived.. the barista was looking at me and standing far from the register. I said “hi I want Ultra Caramel Frapp” .. she asked what size, I said 16 then she asked me if I want whip cream .. i said it’s ultra caramel frapp, so it should come with it, and she said yes. She didn’t get my payment so I stayed until the other barista charged me.
