I did have a little issue with the Starbucks. And I was upset about it. I talk to the manager and we worked it out right away and I feel a lot better about everything. The lesson is always talk to management if you’re unhappy and your happiness can be fixed. Thank you Folks.

Was on vacation & everytime my friend & I ordered from here, the order was either wrong, took forever to make, or they were extremely slow. She is a big Starbucks lover, goes daily numerous times a day & says this location was one of the worst she’d ever been to.

Friendly staff and good coffee. Perfect for grabbing a quick drink to sip on while you shop. I think they managed their release of their free red cups on Nov. 2 a lot better than the other ferndale starbucks.

A good Starbucks store with friendly staff and a clean area. I typically prefer the Starbucks that have drive thrus/seating areas, though. This has no tables and is meant for more of a grab/go experience.
