Customer service is iffy, if a mistake is made they are pretty good about remaking it. I ask for information about products (cups, etc) they get very short and rude. It’s just a very mixed experience and I only go here if I have to.

Text received from my wife about her recent experience at this Starbucks: “They walked right past me serveral times, so I stepped closer, waved my hand. Nothing. I was about to walk away and just said are you guys taking orders? And she was like yea we are just really busy. Then proceeded to walk around another minute. They’re training someone, but there was no hi we will be right with you anything, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. And there’s zero people here in line and they don’t take order ahead orders…”

Yes, it’s Starbucks, but…this Starbucks location is the ONE! It’s the original location in Monroe and my favorite. Tons of regulars, but not snobby, everyone is welcome and I love the managers and employees. It’s small, but efficient. They stock most of what you will find at the larger locations. No drive thru, but lots of parking. The consistency in the way they make their beverages here is also a huge plus.

This Starbucks shares seating with Fred Meyer’s deli, making it an awesome combo. Cold Brew coffee, turkey sandwich from the deli. What could be better. The staff where very friendly. I got my coffee pretty darn quick; and it was a fairly busy morning too! Would totally recommended.

Don’t know how they could mess up a simpl drink. Ordered venti 4 shot carmel frapp. What I received tasted super nasty and i don’t believe there was even 1 shot in it. I drove to Lynnwood and realized how bad it was when I was on the Hwy. I called them and they said “Thank you forletting us know” Learned a hard ten buck lesson… try it before you walk away from their counter. Good Luck!
