I wish they were more careful with food allergies. 20% of the time when you ask for oat milk you will get regular milk. Since I am allergic to milk I can’t keep going to this location even though it’s my favorite.

They keep putting ice in my Nitro cold brew. It’s an annoyance to get it and then have to remind them. I don’t think at the time to say “no ice” because it shouldn’t come with it in the first place.
