The employees have always been INCREDIBLY kind whenever I frequently visit this Starbucks but tonight’s visit was exceptional. My name is never spelled correctly and it’s a weird spelling so I expect it and it doesn’t bother me. The employee that took my order was kind enough to notice that she had started spelling my name wrong when my payment went through, and she corrected it. It was such a little detail that totally made my night because I’ve never had my name spelled correctly at Starbucks. It’s the little things! Your employees are amazing! ❤️

I have yet to have a bad experience at this Starbucks. I’m sorry for the people who take someone else’s drink, but really, don’t you check before you walk off with it? I have never been “given” someone else’s drink at any Starbucks I’ve been to. Read the name on the cup or ask.

Stopped by Wednesday the 25th of August about 2pm. Coffee tasted watered down, overly sweet (and that’s saying a lot about Starbucks) Two people working the counter and one person ahead of me. Took them 10 min to make 3 coffees. This Starbucks has gone downhill.

This is my regular Starbucks (I go here at least once a day haha) and I have only once or twice had a slightly less than perfect experience, and it was exclusively when they were extremely busy and short staffed. They always go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable and all of the baristas, including the new ones they get every so often, are the nicest baristas I have ever met. 11/10.
