Stood there and listened to the barista complain about her morning to her coworker for 2 min. When she finally acknowledged me she did not take my order correctly and forgot my add shot and then tried to put whipped cream and chocolate on my iced coffee. It was a very unpleasant experience. I almost walked away before she took my order. Will not be returning.

If you’re not friends with people that work in there, they will literally refuse to make your drinks the way that you request. On more than one occasion the lady in the morning has told me it only comes the way that I make it take it or leave it. All the while you have to stand and wait while they have a conversation with the Safeway staff, and look bothered to get a new customer. Today was the last time I’ll even try, it is literally more convenient to cross the street and make the extra stop.

This is the worst location every. They always mess up the order, the wait time is obscene, and they never want to honor their own company’s promotions…. I’ll drive the extra 10mins to a different location to avoid this one. I have left with incorrect orders and sometimes even no order at all because of horrible customer service!
