This is the slowest Starbucks and apparently it has always been if you read old reviews. It shouldn’t take a half hour in the drive through at 320 on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m normally very patient but this is extreme and has happened multiple times to me and my family members. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but even with what looks like full staffing it is unreal how slow it is. Nobody ever apologizes for the wait or anything. It would take me less time to go a few miles down the street to the next closest store for coffee to then come back and go to Lowe’s than to go here,

I haven’t been here since it’s been remodeled but it looks amazing. Its like you’re actually standing inside a Starbucks. My drink was made quickly and it was delicious.

I was incredibly disappointed to find two of three baristas wearing their masks under their noses at my last visit. It was a mid-day on a weekend — a peek shopping time. Also, one of the women came back from collecting supplies, and then proceeded to prepare and bag my food with her bare fingers, without washing first. Very disappointing.

Maybe would have been able to give more stars if I actually got a coffee there. You need to change your hours or something. I went in 25-20 mins to close and the barista “already started closing” so she couldn’t make me a simple mocha. Most places serve customers until they’re closed, not turn them away because they are too lazy to clean the espresso machine again
